Some (many maybe) created with the addition of random, standout, possibly quirky, definitely interesting and eye catching jewels I have collected along the way.. several I have kept with me for years and years.

That is why we take the extra time to add product with as much detailed description as possible. So you know exactly what you are getting. This is really important to us. We are old school, speak with your customer face to face peopleā€¦ this is new for us .. but we will never stop believing in the importance of great service. As you may be aware of by now, a lot of our product is one of a kind, or not offered in large quantities. This is also why we prefer that you make the right decision when purchasing. We do not offer refunds and exchange only when an item is the incorrect sizing. So please take note of our sizes.. again, we will offer up as much info as possible about this, right here, in store. REFUNDS ~ WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ONā€¦ ā€¢ ANY SALE OR REDUCED ITEMS ā€¢ GOODS SOLD AS ā€˜SECONDSā€™ , ā€˜ DAMAGED GOODSā€™ or product that we have sold to you with both parties understanding that the item being purchased has been discussed, and agreed to our POLICY of no Refunds. If you receive something by parcel and the goods are damaged when you open them lease email us as soon as you can, and within 7 days of receiving goods. Add to this email, any photographic or other evidence you have. We will get back to you to discuss this. If we agree to having the product returned to us, it is the customers responsibility to return it to us, and we will refund this cost if we accept the goods weā€™re indeed damaged before they made it to you. These must be returned within 7 working days, and an email sent to us beforehand. This way we can give you the address to return it to. We are a very small business run by two and worked by the same two. We put many hours into trying to our best to give you all the information you need to help you make the right choice for you.
